- Submit a contributed talk or poster for consideration
- Apply for limited participant support, where eligible
General attendance will be open through registration, subject to venue capacity. Contributed talks, posters, and financial support may involve separate review or selection processes.
Participant support
Limited, competitive support is planned to broaden access to the meeting. Eligibility, priority criteria, covered expenses, and application deadlines are still under review. Support is not guaranteed until an applicant receives written confirmation.
Where practical, approved expenses may be paid directly to providers. Final procedures will be stated clearly before applications open.
Accessibility
We aim to make the meeting welcoming and accessible. A contact and accommodation-request process will be posted with registration.
